Services
We offer financial planning, investment management, and Bitcoin-only (BTC) consultation:  


  • Management/Advise/Consulting: Traditional assets (stocks, bonds, funds, ETFs, alternatives) and Bitcoin.  
  • Education: Bitcoin’s role; risks and features.  
  • Planning: Insurance analysis and sales (disability, life, long-term care, annuities; NPN# 19763693) and legacy strategies.
    We act discretionarily or non-discretionarily per your agreement, managing traditional assets quarterly or during trends. No lending services: we recommend custodians.

Custody
We don’t custody assets. Clients use River Financial, Onramp Bitcoin, Altruist, or Charles Schwab. Fees 

  • Alternative Investments: Extra fees may apply based on time, disclosed upfront.
    Fees may change with 30 days’ notice. See Form ADV Part 2A at adviserinfo.sec.gov.

Cancellation
Terminate with written notice with 30 days written notice; $50 fee applies. Unearned prepaid fees refunded pro-Rata. 

Referrals
Referral links to River Financial, Onramp Bitcoin, Ledger, Crypto.com, and Gemini offer $50–$100 bonuses to Ego Death Financial and you—a conflict of interest to consider. 

Discretionary Authority
We may trade traditional assets in discretionary accounts without consent, based on quarterly reviews or trends. Bitcoin trades require your explicit direction. Conflicts 

  • Bitcoin focus may limit diversification.  
  • Referral bonuses may bias recommendations.  
  • Discretionary trades exclude Bitcoin unless directed.  
  • AUM fees may favor larger portfolios.  
  • We may advise on alternative investments we participate in, a potential conflict disclosed upfront.  
  • Insurance commissions may incentivize recommendations; disclosed upfront.

Bitcoin: volatility, legal/tax uncertainty (consult professionals), cyber risks, no FDIC/SIPC. Traditional assets: market, liquidity risks. Past performance isn’t predictive. Oversight
